We want every PREASE STUDIO order to arrive in the condition you expect. Please review the requirements below before submitting a return request.

Eligibility

  • • Contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
  • • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • • Items marked final sale, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless defective.

Incorrect or defective items

Send clear photos and your order number through the contact page. After verification, we will provide the appropriate replacement, return, or refund instructions.

Change of mind or size

Approval depends on item availability and condition. Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
